In order to reduce spam prayer requests we ask that you fill out your first and last names separately and provide valid contact information including a phone number and email address.
The short version of the prayer request will be placed on an overhead slide presentation only if that option is selected and the short version of the prayer request is thirty words or less. Be aware that the short version of the prayer request will be broadcast through the church streaming channel if the request is placed on the slide presentation.
The full prayer description is optional will be made available only to church staff members if that option is selected.
No information will be made available to Belmont membership if the option to share only with church staff is selected.
